Ear
Eustachian Tube Dysfunction
Management of blocked ears, popping sensations, and pressure from poor middle ear ventilation.
Postnasal Drip, Chronic Rhinitis & Nasal Allergy (Allergic rhinitis)
Investigation of persistent nasal discharge, sneezing, and congestion; management of allergic and non-allergic rhinitis.
Hearing Loss and Ear Disorders
Assessment of gradual or sudden hearing loss, Eustachian tube dysfunction, middle ear effusions, and conductive or sensorineural hearing loss.
Recurrent Ear Infections and Otitis Externa
Management of chronic ear infections, “swimmer’s ear”, and persistent ear discharge.
Tinnitus
Evaluation of ringing in the ears and vertigo with further investigations if required.
Nose
Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Blockage
Management of nasal obstruction, runny nose, facial pressure, postnasal drip, and congestion with medical and surgical options including Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS).
Nasal Polyps
Medical and surgical management of nasal polyps causing blockage, loss of smell, or recurrent infections.
Deviated Septum and Turbinate Hypertrophy
Surgical correction through septoplasty and turbinate reduction to improve airflow and reduce nasal obstruction.
Postnasal Drip, Chronic Rhinitis & Nasal Allergy (Allergic rhinitis)
Investigation of persistent nasal discharge, sneezing, and congestion; management of allergic and non-allergic rhinitis.
Throat
Adult Tonsillitis and Chronic Sore Throat
Treatment of recurrent throat infections, tonsil stones, snoring, and obstructive symptoms including adult tonsillectomy if needed.
Voice and Vocal Cord Disorders
Assessment of hoarseness, laryngitis, vocal cord nodules and polyps, and reflux-related voice issues. Access to speech and language therapy input as required.
Globus Sensation, Throat Discomfort and Silent reflux
Evaluation of the “lump in the throat” sensation, often related to reflux, muscle tension, or vocal cord dysfunction. Diagnosis and treatment of throat clearing, chronic cough, hoarseness, and sensation of mucus caused by acid reflux.
